About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to build and evolve our Agentic AI Platform. You
will work across the application stack—from frontend and backend development to containerisation, CI/CD and cloud
deployment.
The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on engineer who can build features end-to-end and take them through build,
deployment and production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React.js.
- Build robust backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, database services, asynchronous workflows, and third-party integrations.
- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery/RabbitMQ and other application infrastructure.
- Containerise applications using Docker and maintain production-ready container images.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, security scanning and deployment.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS/GCP/AZURE cloud environments.
- Implement application logging, monitoring, health checks, and basic observability.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable code and contribute to code reviews and engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot application, deployment, and production issues across the technology stack.
- Collaborate closely with Data Science, Platform/DevOps, Product, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end product capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: BE / B.Tech / BCA / MCA.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI.
- Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerisation.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
- Good understanding of Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Experience working with AWS/GCP/AZURE cloud platform.
- Exposure to Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ/Kafka or similar distributed systems technologies.
- Good understanding of software engineering principles, testing, debugging, and production support.

Good to Have
- Experience building AI/GenAI applications, LLM integrations, RAG, or AI Agents.
- Experience with Kubernetes/ECS and cloud-native application deployment.
- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or New Relic.
- Experience working in SaaS/PaaS or multi-tenant platforms.
